Can my business continue to export wine during the COVID19 lockdown?

On 7 April 2020 the Minister of Transport issued Directions that effectively lifted the ban on the export of and transport for export purposes of wine and other fresh produce products.

The Direction specifically provides for the transportation of wines and other fresh produce for export.

The Direction further makes allowance for the transportation of all agricultural cargo to sea ports and designated airports and the exportation thereof to relevant destinations.
The Direction went into effect on 7 April 2020.
