The recent High Court judgment in Alec Levin Insurance and Investment Brokers (Pty) Ltd v Van den Berg and Others [2026] (5 October 2026) is a useful reminder that a non-solicitation restraint is not breached merely because clients follow a departing employee to a competitor.
