The plan they produced was strong and I still refer to it. Getting hold of anyone afterwards was harder — a few emails went unanswered and I had to chase for the final documents.

Priced sensibly for where we were, and they did not try to upsell us into things we did not need. The business plan work was the strongest part; the general support offering felt less developed.
