Foundations Care is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting children, young people, families and communities through protection, connection and compassionate care. With a strong focus on helping children feel safe, accepted and valued, Foundations Care provides foster care and support services designed to make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people. Through foster care, trained and approved carers open their homes and hearts to children and young people who are unable to live safely with their families.
