Bergrivier Gutters

Introduction: We service Velddrif and other “Weskus” towns of the Western Cape since 2016 and regard ourselves as a leader in the Seamless Aluminum Gutter market with a record of outstanding customer service and very competitive pricing. Our primary product is the manufacturing and installation of seamless aluminum gutters. Our seamless gutters are manufactured on site in continuous lengths with a mobile factory unit that ensure cost effective and efficient installations. The aluminum material that we use is guaranteed for 15 years against rusting and corrosion. We also offer a six month guarantee that our installations will be free from workmanship defects under normal use. What we do: On all new houses as well as aged houses, no home can survive the torrential downpours we experience on the West Coast and surroundings. Buildings large and small need a decently designed and durable diversionary system to guide rainwater away from the structure. Bergrivier Gutters will do a thorough assessment of the architecture, terrain and outflow before purposefully design a solution that is both aesthetically elegant as well as soundly functional. Using local labor and regionally sourced material, we ensure speedy delivery as well as reducing our carbon footprint and environmental impact. Using state of the art equipment with the latest design technology, our unique seamless gutters are manufactured to last and not leak. How do we do it: The gutters are roll formed on site to the exact length, so there is no possibility of leaks as there are no joints. The aluminum coils from which the gutters are formed have been pre-painted. The rolled profile is extremely rigid and because the co-efficient of expansion of aluminum is low, warping is avoided. The aluminum is light, has no joints or weak spots, therefore sagging of the gutter should not occur. Aluminum does not corrode in any climatic conditions. As pre-painted aluminum is smooth and non-porous, fungal build up does not occur.
