Partner Network

The businesses that stand behind the window

Partners are South African businesses we appoint to lead a service or an industry. They are vetted, they are labelled wherever they appear, and they earn their place through useful work — never through the rankings.

Stand behind a subject

Each partner is appointed to a service, an industry or a tool — tax, CIPC, payroll, a trade — nationally or for a region. They are shown on that page, in their own labelled panel.

Contribute what they know

Partners write the guides for their subject and answer people's questions in Ask, groups and comments. Everything they write carries a Partner tag, so you always know who said it.

Take on the work

When someone asks us to get something done, a partner for that subject is among the at most three businesses it goes to — only with the person's consent, and never chased.

Connect their systems

Partners receive requests over the Partner API and signed webhooks, so a request lands in the tools they already use.

What partnership never buys

  • A ranking. Search results, ratings and leaderboards are the same for partners and everyone else.
  • A review or rating. Only customers rate a business, and only for what they bought.
  • Your details. A request reaches a partner only when you send it, naming exactly who receives it.

Want visibility without the commitments? That is a sponsored listing — also always labelled, also never in the ranking.

How partners are chosen

  • A verified, owner-managed listing with real contact details.
  • Professional registration on file where the work needs one — SAICA, SAIPA, LPC, ECSA, PIRB and the like.
  • A record of honest reviews and good conduct on the site.
  • Appointed for a term, reviewed at its end, and removed if the record slips.
